"Drug residues can stop any mental health. They also stop a person's life!
"The removal of these life-hostile chemical substances from the body of any person apparently speeds, and in some cases even makes possible, case gain. It is even worth doing for its own sake.”

Over the last ten years, I have seen so many addicts coming onto the program - underweight, with sunken cheeks, nervous, dispersed and lost. I could go on…… it never ceases to amaze me just how much change occurs through the course of the sauna program. It makes me smile, time after time, to see these students coming back to life. You see them becoming more bright, laughing again, getting colour in there faces and waking up to the everyday pleasures of life.
